Chris Bishop serves as a freelance Sound Designer and Live Sound Engineer with a B.S. in Music from Eastern New Mexico University. He moved to Denver, Colorado in 2009 and is now in pursuit of a Master of Science in Recording Arts degree.
Upon moving to Denver, he has been very active in the local multimedia scene, working for such companies as Colorado Audio Group and Orion Multimedia. With experience in various elements of audio/visual design, Chris is very well-versed in all pro audio software, including Pro Tools & Logic Pro, all variations of outboard audio gear, as well as video techniques, such as Final Cut editing and After Effects compositing. He currently works for Rocky Mountain Community Church, where he serves as Technical Director, overseeing all lighting, video, and sound. He has most recently served as Live Sound Engineer for live concerts held at Moe’s BBQ and Cervantes’ in Denver, as well as Monitor Engineer for the Gothic Theatre.
